Kenneth Dorsey Jr. Foundation: Founded by Virginia Beach native Kenneth Dorsey Jr., the
foundation began as an effort to give back to the community that shaped him. What began as
afterschool volunteering, the foundation now hosts programs and events focused on mentoring,
tutoring, and early career exploration to empower students within the Bayside community and beyond. A proud partner of Virginia Beach City Public Schools, the foundation is helping to pave
the way for student success through community engagement.
